Returns Policy
(1) All returns must be sent back in the same conditions as they were received.
(2) All returns must be sent back in their original packaging with tags attached.
(3) All returns must be in a resaleable condition in the original packaging.
(4) Postage and Packaging are strictly non-refundable.
(5) All returns must be first inspected and assessed to see if they meet the above requirements before refunds are authorised.
(6) Returned goods can be subject to a 20% handling charge.
(7) Special orders are not returnable at all.
(8) If there is a problem with fitment a frame number of the vehicle must be provided.
(9) After receiving the item, cancel/return of the purchase within 30 days.

Please include a note detailing your name, address and telephone number.
Once your return has been received and accepted, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs. Return your package via the Post Office, remembering to get proof of postage. Please don’t post your package through the post box without getting proof of postage. Keep it safe in case you need to use this as evidence of your return. If the item has been ordered incorrectly the buyer is responsible for return postage, if there is a problem with fitment a frame number of the vehicle must be provided.
Cancellation
Cancellation period is 14 days to cancel your contract with us.
This two week period starts from the day after you receive your order (or from the day after you receive the last item of your order). You’ll need to write to us with notice of your cancellation.
